How often & how long?

Brush your teeth at least twice a day for 3 minutes

  • Floss once per day for 2 minutes

Make it count.

  • Brush in a circular motion, holding the brush at a 45-degree angle.
  • Floss between teeth in an up-and-down motion, making sure to floss below the gum line.
